1. Product Warranty Conditions
The IER warranty against malfunctioning and labor defects is submitted on the following conditions:

• The warranty is applicable within the contractual warranty period.
• The product has been used and maintained in accordance with IER specifications.
• The product has neither been modified, nor altered, nor repaired by a third party not authorized by IER.
• The product has not been damaged by any causes external to the product such as accident, water, fire damage, failure of the host system.
• Only new IER-approved spare parts and consumables have been used.
• Warranty does not apply to consumables.
• The warranty shall be performed in IER repair center. IER, at its sole discretion, may repair or replace the defective part or product.

2. Repair Return Procedure
Prior to sending equipment to IER you must request a Return Material Authorization via phone, email, or the website's RMA tool.

The RMA number given by IER must be documented on the faulty equipment packaging.

Products Under Warranty
Repair lead-time: 10 working days or as specified by contract. IER will pay return shipment within the Continental US.
All faulty equipment within the US and Canada should be sent to the IER repair center as specified below:
